Northius achieves four Ardan 2022 accreditation indicators

A Coruña, 03 de febrero 2023.- Northius, the leading company in the Training sector in Spain, has been accredited in 4 Ardan 2022 indicators promoted by the Consorcio de la Zona Franca de Vigo. Northius is one of the few 13 companies that obtained four or more indicators out of the 1,401 Galician companies that received at least one indicator.

Value indicators

The Consorcio de la Zona Franca de Vigo considers those companies with four or more Ardan indicators as companies with a high level of performance and business excellence in several factors of their activity.

As a result, Northius, on behalf of Comunidad Campus S.L., has had recognition in the following fields:

  • Empresa de alta productividad 2022: awarded to those companies whose value added per employee exceeds the 75th percentile of the sector in which they operate for three consecutive years and whose growth rate exceeds 10% per year.
  • Empresa de alto rendimiento 2022: companies that average economic profitability of at least 25% over a minimum period of three years and above 15% each year.
  • Empresa Gacela 2022: recognises companies with a consistently high revenue growth rate of over 25% for three consecutive years, based on a starting revenue of over €300,000 in the first year of the analysis period.
  • Empresa generadora de riqueza 2022: companies with an EVA (Economic Value Added) greater than €150,000 in the first year and a growth exceeding 10% for three consecutive years.

Through its Ardan Business Information Service, the Consorcio de la Zona Franca de Vigo has been developing good practice indicators since 1995. This project is being carried out under the supervision of the Ardan Professorship from the University of Vigo. It aims to identify and highlight business excellence in Galicia. Expert research groups in the fields of competitiveness and business management provide methodological support for each of the Ardan indicators. These indicators measure the performance of a company in terms of its competitiveness.

Only 3.93% achieved one or more Ardan indicators out of the 35,651 companies analysed.

The Ardan indicators are awarded to companies above the high standards required by the indices used for measurement. These companies demonstrate a remarkable ability to generate competitive advantages, which makes them the leading companies in Galicia.
